Workmanship Guarantee
All of our workmanship is guaranteed for five full year. This includes sewn seams, trim application, new foam and fabric fit for residential and commercial furniture. Boat seats and cushions, automotive seats, headliners, door panels and sidewalls, and carpet installation.

Medical Product Warranty
- Completed warranty registration form must be returned within 10 days of receipt of product.
- Warranty valid only upon receipt of completed registration form.
AW Canvas and Upholstery warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 months from date of shipment. All repair or replacement parts provided by AW Canvas and Upholstery shall be covered by this warranty for any unexpired portion of the initial 60 month period.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, and specifically excludes any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
AW Canvas and Upholstery does not cover damages or defects caused by improper disinfecting and cleaning procedures (as recommended by the vinyl manufacturers), cuts and /or scratches in the vinyl, common carriers, improper installation, misuse or abuse of the product, alteration of the product, or any consequential damage, normal wear and tear excluded.
AW Canvas and Upholstery sole obligation under this warranty is repair or replacement, at its sole discretion, of any part or parts covered by this warranty and found to be defective. AW Canvas and Upholstery obligation under this warranty shall arise only in respect to claims properly submitted. AW Canvas and Upholstery assumes no obligation for shipping charges to or from its facilities, or for repairs or replacements effected without the specific written authorization of AW Canvas and Upholstery. The buyer shall have no other remedy under this warranty.
In no event shall AW Canvas and Upholstery be liable for any consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty including, but not limited to, loss of material or profits, increased expense or operation, downtime, or reconstruction of work.
"I can't tell you how much of a difference all the work you guys did has made on my boat. My boat has clearly been a piece project from the start and all the work you did has made it look like new. Rodney and Dan where great to work with. Rodney gave me a quote and was right on the money if not a little better. He was great at explaining everything and answering the slew of questions I had. Throughout the repair I also added things that weren't in the original quotes and he gave me great prices on all of it.
